James Carstairs

CEO, Founder, Director. Prior to founding ClubVentures, from 1997-2008 has worked for a number of different companies in both the club management, hotel/resort and serviced apartment industries in the areas of business development, sales and marketing and IT/E commerce.

James a graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy with a Degree in Club Management & Operations as well as an HND in Leisure Studies and Business Administration from the North Hampshire Business School in London. A member of the Royal & Ancient in St Andrews and Hong Kong Golf Club.

He was born in Singapore and raised in Hong Kong for over 25 years.

Bill Healey

CTO, Editor in Chief. Prior to co-founding ClubVentures, Bill has worked for a number of different companies in club management technology systems. Bill has development, implementation and system integration project skills in a variety of location in Asia, Africa, America and Europe. Recently Bill decided he would venture into building and developing  ClubVentures www.clubventures.com with James Carstairs into the No 1 Blog for the Leisure business community.
Currently Bill is working and living in Bali, Indonesia.

Adam Robertson

Club Reporter. Adam helps report news for www.clubventures.com on consulting basis and has worked in the golf industry all his life. Employed as a marketing manager for Golf Link Asia a golf portal in Asia. Prior to his time at Golf Link Asia, Adam also worked at IMG in Hong Kong and ran and operated corporate golf events for a number of blue chip companies.

He has also worked as operation manager at Mission Hills Golf Course and Macau Golf & Country Club. Adam graduated in 2006 with a Degree in Golf Operation and Management from Edinburgh Business School.

Adam was born in St Andrews, and has lived in Edinburgh, Singapore, Hong Kong and now in Cambodia.
